Apr 7, 2023 · GM has Hamtramack as a separate assembly plant and Lake Orion going over 23-24ish. Back to Sterling Heights. I don't see much room for a separate assembly building. Belvidere Assembly has tons of room to expand especially if they build a separate stamping plant to open up more room. That 400 million offer will have to be upped.
