Man fatally shot in Dorchester, police say
A man died after being shot on Ridgewood Street in Dorchester on Tuesday evening, Boston police said. At approximately 7:21 p.m., officers responded to a report of a person shot and found an adult male “suffering from a gunshot wound,” police said in a press release.

BOSTON — Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood Tuesday night. According to police, a man was shot in the area of 73 Ridgewood Street around 7:22 p.m. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is not being released at this time.
