Liam Payne ‘s dad is being sued for defamation by a friend of the late singer who was with him in Argentina on the night of his death. Payne died on October 16 after falling from the third-floor balcony of his room at the CasaSur hotel in the Palermo neighbourhood of Buenos Aires.
