Law enforcement is asking residents to avoid being on the roads all of Tuesday beginning Monday night. Louisiana State Police Spokesperson Shelby Mayfield said they will start doubling law enforcement personnel at 5 p.m. Monday in preparation for the weather, which is when residents should begin getting off the roads.
