Former Bears head coach Matt Eberflus is closing in on a deal to join the Dallas Cowboys as defensive coordinator, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.

The Dallas Cowboys are expected to hire former Chicago Bears coach Matt Eberflus as their new defensive coordinator, a league source told UPI on Monday.
