A judge in London has cleared the way for extradition for the Colorado mom accused of killing two of her children.
The Associated Press reported Friday morning that Singler’s challenge to extradition had been rejected and that it is now up to British Home Secretary to order Kimberlee Singler returned to the U.S. Singler faces a number of charges related to the December 2023 incident, including murder, attempted murder and child abuse.
The case will now be considered by the British home secretary who has the final say on some high-profile extradition cases.
