In the war in Ukraine, the use of a weapon known as a glide bomb is helping Russia to make new gains. Officials say one of those bombs is responsible for a recent attack on an apartment building in Kharkiv.

Russian forces launched a major drone attack overnight on 15 Ukrainian regions, local authorities said, and hit a Kharkiv apartment block with a guided bomb. There were no immediate reports of any casualties.
