United Airlines is seeing a nearly 30% increase in bookings to European Christmas markets compared to 2019, with a 10% rise over last year.

The carrier said it’s offering more nonstop flights to destinations, including Dresden, Strasbourg, Vienna and Cologne — homes to some of the most visited Christmas markets.

Shares of United Airlines Holdings Inc ($UAL) rose over 3% on Tuesday after the firm said bookings to European destinations rose nearly 30% versus 2019 and almost 10% versus last year, as more Americans chose to spend their holiday dollars on experiences.
