Women in the Submarine Service have suffered misogyny, bullying and other unacceptable behaviours, a Royal Navy investigation has found. This behaviour was seen "amongst all ranks" but was "not pervasive" across the service, the report said, after a two-year-long investigation.

A number of naval officers have been "discharged from service" after a damning report uncovered "intolerable" misogyny, bullying and unacceptable behaviours" onboard the UK's fleet of nuclear-armed submarines.
