The copyright infringment lawsuit is the latest legal battle waged by Eminem publisher Eight Mile Style in recent years involving Oscar-winning song.

This isn’t the first time that Eminem has sued a company in the automotive industry for the illegal use of this particular song.

Eight Mile Style is requesting a court order to block the video clip and is seeking $150,000 in damages from the Ford dealership.
