Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert looked like an MVP candidate during the first half of Sunday night’s win over the Cincinnati Bengals. After the game that featured the Chargers putting “Chargering” to bed for good, running back J.K. Dobbins put it simply enough about Herbert, according to ESPN’s Kris Rhim: “Start the MVP talks.”

Gear up for another Justin Herbert masterpiece, Chargers fans. After Los Angeles' defense held Cincinnati to a field goal in the red zone, Herbert and the Chargers offense took over for their second drive of the game.

Herbert hit two big passes to Ladd McConkey in the final minute to get the Chargers into FG range before J.K. Dobbins took care of things himself by breaking a 29-yard TD run with 18 seconds left.
