Climb the stairs to the overlook the take the trail back down to the car park. Nice views 30 minutes tops. Not a must see by any means. Full review by advcards

The ground is pretty rocky but you could probably find a place to spread a blanket for a couple people. We saw at least two picnic tables.

Either would probably be great but sunsets anywhere can sometimes be stunning! Enjoy!

Weekends are busy as well as weeknights. Sunday afternoons are busy but usually not terrible. There are plenty of overlooks to get camera shots without getting unwanted folks in the pic. It’s never crazy busy, but I’ve only been when there’s lots of people. I have gone to penny backer bridge, (within view of location/similar views) and it hasn’t been busy because parking is limited.
