WEBSep 15, 2019 · In the top right corner of the Camera application, there's an icon with a camera and arrow going around it - on your phone, it's the icon to use the camera on the rear of the device. If you mouse over the icon, it's called "Change camera" and that's just what it does. I clicked it and it switched to my USB camera.

Also ran the Dell bios updater just in case. I don't want to give up; got to be way!! Still have the original HD just in case I run into big-troubles.
